Personal Evaluation

While we want very much to be able to help everyone in need, given the intensive nature of the help we offer, and the subsequent limitations on our time to respond to everybody who contacts us, it is necessary that we first evaluate your situation to determine whether we feel you are in a position to benefit from the Totally Free! process. To assist us in this evaluation process, we would like to learn as much as we can about you and the struggles you are experiencing. We appreciate your taking the time to provide us with thoughtful, complete answers, as it will definitely help us to determine what we may be able to do for you. 

All information you provide will be kept in the strictest confidence; it will be used by us (and no one else) for the sole purpose of evaluating your situation.
